THE ELP PROCESS

  • Initial Phase
    • Questionnaire analysis
    • Effective Leadership Seminar
    • Individual meetings to identify each leader’s critical issue(s) (CI)
  • Implement “Leadership By Objectives” (LBO)
    • Set major objectives according to questionnaire analysis and CI(s)
    • Prepare self-development plan with each leader
    • Empower individual leaders — 4 elements
    • Periodic progress analysis and plan adjustment
  • Where possible work with natural teams — teams of people who work together on a regular basis
  • Follow up with Action Learning to maintain momentum and Coaching for targeted individuals
